Laser Process repositioning, brochure & exhibition stand

Client: Laser Process

Based in the Midlands, Laser Process are a UK-leading sub-contract laser cutting company. They supply the engineering sector with small and medium sized batch work, as well as bespoke projects.

Their previous brand and marketing material had a detrimental effect on their marketing efforts. It lacked clear messaging of their unique selling points, making it hard for them to stand out from their competition.

The brief: repositioning of the brand

Previous brand

Laser Process asked us to rebrand and reposition their business, update their stationery, brochure and exhibition stand.

What we did: branding and print design

Branding & positioning

We developed Laser Process’s existing brand by refining the characters and removed the logo, which served no purpose.

After tweaking the brand, we reviewed their attributes to develop the positioning statement ‘Precisely’. This defines the company’s precision in both laser cutting and project management.

Print design – stationery, brochure and exhibition stand

The new brand was then applied to business cards, compliment slips, and letterheads.

After Laser Process agreed the brand style, we moved onto planning the brochure. The first stage was to create wireframes and work out the key messages and sections.

The design came next and the result was a bright, engaging, and clear 12-page brochure.

We applied the same process to creating a new exhibition stand and two roller banners.

Result

With more impactful branding and marketing material, Laser Process are now positioned correctly. They stand out from their competition and their key messages are much clearer. Their new brand and marketing material helped them have a successful time at the Southern Manufacturing exhibition.
