How does your company show goodwill at Christmas results

The results are in! What got the most votes in our recent Linkedin poll to understand how companies show Customer Goodwill at Christmas?

As there are alarmingly only 56 sleeps until Christmas. We were interested to know how businesses prepared to show goodwill to clients during the run up. That’s why we created a Linkedin Poll to understand how the approach varied.

The run up to this exceptionally busy period can often be stressful in terms of getting projects completed. Managing the short month and getting the New Year off to a healthy start. It is easy to become complacent and forget to thank those customers, clients, partners and associates that have helped you deliver your business over the year.

Alternatively, some businesses perhaps see the promotional and marketing opportunities that come with the Christmas period, and see this time in terms of revenue generation.

We were encouraged by the results and pleased to see that even in challenging markets, our peers within shared Linkedin Groups are happy to dig deep and give thanks.
