Social media training for Phillipa at the BWCA.

social media training

I’ve been furry busy this morning training Phillipa from the British Water Cooler Association (BWCA) on how to blog and use social media.

Phillipa received some basic blog training from us before Christmas when we first designed and developed the BWCA blog.

She came back fur further blog training and to find out how the BWCA can get the best out of social media. We explained the ins and outs of Twitter and LinkedIn Groups and taught her how to use them and explained the kinds of things the BWCA could post about and what to do to get the most out of it.

Now Phillipa’s in the know, the BWCA can communicate and engage with their members more effectively via social media and their blog. We woof teaching our clients new things and helping them get the best out of things, especially when they’re as excited about learning new things as Phillipa is. (Between you and me, I hope she has to keep coming back because she always gives me lots of attention!)

Have a sniff at the blog post Phillipa wrote about her day!
